Associate Publisher
- Graduate of business/marketing/communication arts/research or related course background
- 3 years relevant experience (experience in brand management or brand development is an advantage)
- Competent in business communication, quantitative & qualitative market research, knowledge in simple financial management, computer proficiency
- High client-service orientation and drive for continuous improvement
Executive Assistant
Performs administrative duties in support to the functions of the VP - Editorial & Production, such as screening calls, meeting arrangements, preparation of reports and presentations. Responsible in servicing both internal and external clients of the Division.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4 year course
- Female; 25 to 35 years old
- Strong business writing skills
- Very good communications skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Can work very well with all levels of management, both internal and external
- Computer savvy - preferable MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and with internet research skills
- Flexible, can easily adapt and results-oriented
Graphic Artist
- Graduate of advertising, fine arts or related courses
- At least 6 months of training or exposure on graphic design
- Excellent inter-personal skills, good oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Design and Publishing software (especially Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Quark Xpress, Macromedia Freehand)
- Adept in both PC and Mac OS.

Project Coordinator
- The Project Coordinator's primary responsible is to receive and document all incoming Job Orders and/or Creative Briefs and ensure that all jobs are being processed according to schedule.
- He/she shall also be responsible for obtaining documents, research or reference materials, schedule and organize interviews and/or pictorials necessary in completing a Job Order. He/she will ensure that all submissions are complete and meet production deadlines.
- He/she shall be a graduate of any 4-year course. At least 1 year experience in similar function- preferably with exposure in ad agency work, magazine or newspaper publishing.
Trade Marketing Supervisor
The Trade Marketing Supervisor is in-charge of events, collaterals, and newsstand promotions for current and back issues sales. She will work closely with circulation and marketing team in strengthening newstand relation.
